The main EU rules on driving hours are that you must not drive more than 9 hours in a day - this can be extended to 10 hours twice a week.

A break or breaks totalling at least 45 minutes after no more than 4 hours 30 minutes driving.

At least 11 hours rest every day - you may reduce this to 9 hours rest 3 times between any 2 weekly rest periods.

An unbroken rest period of 45 hours every week - you may reduce this to 24 hours every other week.

Normally it's easy for us to track who has forgotten what our buses are. It happens, however, that things appear difficult to place. These are stored for 1 month after which they are transferred to the police's lost property office.

Forgotten food and beverages are not stored.

The usual payment will have to be made latest 10 days after the end of a tour.

At special occasions - and with clients we have not worked with before - we may ask for some payment upfront.

You are may cancel any trips. However, the latest notice is at 12:00 the number of days before the tour begin as the tour is long: 10 days tour means 10 days warning. In case of later cancellation - and until 24 hours before the date of travel - we are entitled to payment equal to 25% of the agreed price for the journey. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before driving, this payment is 50%. The agreed price is the total payment for bus, fuel, ferries and VAT.
